Thanks to a fun practical lesson it will be possible to learn how to make three different types of local cheeses: raviggiolo, pecorino and ricotta. After the lesson you will taste a cheese-based lunch/dinner accompanied by good local wine.
You will live a unique and special experience!
It is possible to schedule the lesson in the morning, from 10 to 13 with lunch to follow and in the afternoon from 17 to 20, followed by dinner

Short visit to the farm (in a group); cheese making lesson (in group).
Apron, booklet on the art of pecorino and certificate; lunch (bruschetta; cheese platter with raviggiolo and three different types of pecorino; a first course; ricotta with jam; water, wine and vin santo).
Many of the products offered during lunch/dinner come from the garden and livestock and vary according to the season.
