A unique opportunity to learn how to cook original Etruscan-medieval dishes, discovering the origins of Tuscan cuisine.
During this special cooking class, a local chef will teach you how to prepare a hand-made pasta soup using unrefined flour, a meat dish with "agresto", the typical medieval must-based condiment, and a dessert.
You will discover that despite many centuries having passed, food in Tuscany hasn't changed much, and the "classic" recipes are still part of people's daily lives today.
After the lesson there is a dinner based on dishes prepared during the course. Enjoy your meal!

8.00 pm: start of dinner based on the prepared menu - 3 courses
Upon request, cooking classes can also be organized in the morning, with lunch following.
