An unforgettable stay in the most authentic Tuscany

A stay full of emotions in Tuscany between Mugello and Florence. A mix of nature, relaxation, villages, cuisine and art. The most authentic Tuscany is offered in Mugello, far from the mass tourism circuits. Discovering Mugello means tasting it, in its shops and at the table, after having learned to cook typical dishes from a chef. Authentic Tuscany is also Florence, which, in the Oltrarno district, shows its true identity: craft shops, squares, masterpieces of art and panoramic views.  

How the experience is structured...

1st day

Upon arrival at the B&B, check-in and allocation of rooms. Rest of the day free to enjoy relaxation and nature, organize excursions on foot, by bike or on horseback, explore enchanting villages such as Scarperia and Sant’Agata or taste local products. Overnight stay.

2nd day

Breakfast and overnight stay. Day dedicated to the discovery of Florence. Free morning for a walk in the historic centre, shopping or visiting museums and monuments. In the afternoon, meeting with the guide to visit the Oltrarno district. A neighborhood characterized by the alternation between noble palaces and artisan shops, narrow streets and scenic squares. It is the least known part of Florence, but it is the truest one, the one frequented mainly by Florentines. Visit of the Basilica Santo Spirito, an architectural masterpiece that contains great works of art such as Michelangelo's Crucifix. The day ends with a drink in a super panoramic place, the loggia located on the top floor of a historic building, from where you can admire the beauties of the Florence, the characteristic red roofs and the surrounding hills. Return to the B&B.

3rd day

Breakfast and lunch. In the morning meeting with a local chef in Borgo San Lorenzo. With him you will discover local shops, learn about the gastronomic peculiarities of the area and buy seasonal products for the cooking class. At the end of the course you will enjoy the food you prepared accompanied by local wines. Rest of the afternoon free. Return to the B&B.

4th day

Breakfast. Free day to spend in a B&B or to discover those Mugello villages where time seems to have stopped, such as Palazzuolo sul Senio, Firenzuola or Marradi. They are places far from mass tourism, full of history and traditions. End of services.
